I agree to abide by all rental rules of Indianapolis Aviation, Inc., as described on the "Non-Student Rental Agreement" I further agree to notify Indianapolis Aviation of any changes of delays in the above specified trip, to pay all landing and parking fees at any airports I may stop at, and to return said aircraft in the same condition as which I am taking it, normal wear and tear excepted.

I understand that if I fail to return the aircraft to Metropolitan Airport, for any reason other then mechanical (including weather), I will be charged for the cost of transporting a pilot to the aircraft, for the rental time on the aircraft, and for the pilot's time in ferrying the aircraft back to Metropolitan Airport.
